The Scottsville Center for Arts and Nature is looking for volunteers for their annual Pollinator Day on June 22nd.
Pollinator Day will be held on the SCAN Land with setup beginning at 8am and breakdown starting at 2pm. Participants will be able to explore the trails, hear lectures on various nature topics, and participate in Qigong and community drumming. There will also be children’s activities and food available, with more to be revealed. SCAN ambassadors are needed to welcome attendees, give guided tours of the land and assist in the other activities, including set up and clean up. Please consider donating your time and talent to the adventure!
SCAN is also looking for a local duo or trio acoustic group for a bluegrass or folk concert at the event.
