Scottsville Baptist Church is hosting a fun evening for kids while families, friends, neighbors, and community members enjoy dinner at Tavern on the James. Children ages 2 through 12 are welcome. For safety and staffing, younger children must be potty-trained. Kids can enjoy a night of bounce house fun, games, food, and friendship while adults get a little time to enjoy dinner out, pick up carryout, or simply support a good local cause.
That evening, Tavern on the James will donate 20% of sales to support outreach efforts serving families and neighbors in Scottsville and surrounding communities — including helping local students and families with back-to-school needs and assisting elderly neighbors with important home repairs before winter.
Whether you’re from Scottsville, Esmont, Palmyra, North Garden, Buckingham, Charlottesville, Fluvanna, or anywhere nearby, we’d love for you to be part of it.
No kids? No problem — you can still support the fundraiser by dining in or ordering from Tavern on the James that evening.
